12/30/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: arrival to the home setting, JaCaeri appeared to be calm as evidenced by using appropriate tone, eye contact and controlling his aggressive emotions. JaCaeri was sitting on the sofa and leaning at QMHP-C with positive eye contact and refrained from being distracted by the tv and others around. JaCaeri behaviors continues to struggle with engaging with his siblings as evidenced by responding shut up, get out my face and attempts to punch and kick his sibling. 2. Behavior: JaCaeri appeared to be cooperative throughout the session as he did need minimal redirection from QMHP-C at times within the session as he was fussing with his siblings as not paying attention the session with his behaviors lasting for abut 20 minutes. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C provided role playing activities to help decrease his aggressive reactions. QMHP-C provided educational video on how to express his emotions without reacting aggressively and be aware of his actions. QMHP-C showed JaCaeri and video on bullying and how it affects others emotionally. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C educated JaCaeri on anger management by providing role playing and de-escalation techniques by taking deep breathes and counting to ten. 1.Response: JaCaeri was able to respond appropriately by shaking his head and utilizing the techniques provided. JaCaeri indicated that people gets on his nerves and sometimes pick on him. 2. Response: JaCaeri was engaging with the activities by participating in role playing and showing positive interest such as laughing and responding to the activities.
